A group of wealthy young people have to stay in a New England fishing village for a week after their yacht breaks down nearby. Patricia Vane falls in love with one of the locals, fisherman John Alden, while her fiancé, Reggie Van Zandt, is attracted to John's sister Betty. By the time the yacht is ready to go the couple have found happiness with the villagers.
